OK, I've been eating and sleeping but not doing much more.
Lethargy has taken over my mind and body.
I've been waking up as normal around 4:30 or 5am, but not getting out of bed till around lunchtime.
It's just over 3 weeks since I stopped smoking and started using the nicotine patch, so that might have something to do with it.
I've been sitting looking at my lawn thinking it needs cutting, and yes, it does and probably will still need cutting next week.
So, I need to give myself a good kick and start doing things again.
Last night, for instance, I wanted a wee dram but couldn't be bothered to uncork the bottle!!!
I went to bed instead!
OK, starting right now(or when I get around to it), I'm gonna try to escape from lethargy.
Might just have a nap first!
