We've been having a few heavy showers lately, which has put my gardening activity behind schedule.
However, so far today it has been dry with a few sunny spells, so I thought I'd try to catch up with my digging. Unfortunately my back is telling me to stop immediately!!
So, I am taking a break with a couple of beers.
I really need to get the borders sorted as soon as possible since my precious plants won't survive much longer in their pots. I am trying to dig through a layer of clay so I can replace it with a mixture of soil and compost, which will give my new plants a good start in life.
Ah! well, I'll just relax for a couple of hours, then see if my back is up to the job.
