Who Needs Managers???

All Managers from every unit across the country were attending a meeting at Head Office last Tuesday.

This meant that at every Hub in the UK there were no Managers on site.

Guess what!!!

All sites ran efficiently!!!

This just goes to prove that Managers are an unnecessary impediment!!!
