Last Sunday, SWMBO, Nephew, Little Princess and My Humble Self, went out for a meal. Nephew was designated driver so he couldn't share the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. However, SWMBO and MHS did it justice!!
The meal was good though some of the veg were a little under cooked. (Think 5 secs in boiling water,drain, serve!!)
After the meal we made a detour to "Moderation" so I could pick up my pipe and baccy!
(I also picked up a bottle of Beringer Zin!!!!)
We then returned to Nephew's place as SWMBO wanted to download some music to her mobile phone.
She had been having problems with it so I said I would have a look.
I soon found the root cause of the problem. She was downloading tracks from iTunes and her phone wasn't compatible. Enter AMAZON MP3 Downloads. DRM free, some tracks,(and even albums) were cheaper than iTunes and could be instantly copied to any media compatible with mp3 format.
That problem solved, we had a couple of drinks. SWMBO demolished the Zin and I had a few Courvoisier Cognac. Nephew still wasn't drinking as he was gonna drive me back to moderation!!
All in all it was a pleasant Sunday.
